Payment

All prices are shown and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

Safe and secure online shopping is provided by our partner DPS.  We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Please note that Bellaroo NZ will appear on cardholder statements for all transactions.

New Zealand Shipping

Bellaroo offers $5 delivery, New Zealand wide on all orders

Parcels are sent via Courier Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the size and weight of item. Items shipped within New Zealand are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

We use a 'track and trace' service on all parcels. This means that we can provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online during transit. If you would like to track your order, please contact us at info@bellaroo.co.nz.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of NZD$10.00 for all Australian orders. Items shipped to Australia are sent via NZ Post and are expected to arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on location.

If you are outside of New Zealand or Australia and would like to order from Bellaroo please contact us via email at info@bellaroo.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pick Up

Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up option or browsing in our stock room due to the nature of our business.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Bellaroo product, return them within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange them or give you a credit note for future purchases.  Please note that no refunds will be given unless the product is faulty.

Please note:

  • We will only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unused and in their original condition, undamaged / unaltered packaging with all tags still attached).
  • We will only accept items returned with prior notification via email at info@bellaroo.co.nz.  Please provide full details of why you are returning the product and what you would like us to do.
  • We recommend that you return your parcel by track and trace post as we cannot accept items that are lost in transit.
  • If your item is faulty, Bellaroo will cover the cost of the return freight, however if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return freight.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods have been used or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in anyway.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods are returned later than 14 days after purchase.

Faulty Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please email us at info@bellaroo.co.nz as soon as possible so that we can meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and deal with it promptly for you.

Payment Security

Bellaroo Limited is committed to safe shopping. Safe and secure online shopping is provided by our partner DPS. When you purchase via a credit card or debit card, we will never see or store your credit card number as all payment processing is entrusted to our partner DPS. We do not store or record any credit card information at any stage in the transaction.  Please contact us at info@bellaroo.co.nz if you have any further questions with regard to online security.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information we obtain from you when you make a purchase or join the Bellaroo newsletter club, including email addresses or phone numbers, will be kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be distributed to any third parties without your prior consent.

When you place an order with Bellaroo you authorise us to place you on our email database to receive information and newsletters on special offers, promotions and new products.  If you do not wish to be included on our database, please click 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any Bellaroo email that you receive.  Alternatively you can advise us by emailing info@bellaroo.co.nz.
